Day 691 - Sandalwood & Leather

Sandalwood & Leather (4): This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. Very good combo of the two scents. The leather isn't spicy like plain Leather was for me. I think the Sandalwood does a really nice job of toning it down. If you like Earthy scents this one is a must!!

Day 687 - Mediterranean Fig

Mediterranean Fig (5): This one is nice. Earthy and clean. I think it would be really good to melt as winter is ending and spring is just beginning to show itself. It's slightly perfumey from the fig and smells much more clean warmed up.

Day 658 - Ylang Ylang

Ylang Ylang (2): This isn't really a favorite, but it isn't that bad either. It's sort of a woodsy cologne type of scent. It's one of those where I like part of it but don't like the other part - hence why I probably wouldn't reach for it again. It also wasn't as strong as I thought it would be.

Day 651 - Camping with Candleman

Camping with Candleman (4): I enjoyed this one quite a lot! I mostly got a leather scent out of it but it also had some woody notes and a cologne scent (cool water). Very nice especially if you like masculine scents!

Day 644 - Citronella

Citronella (1): Holy wow this is a strong scent shot! I used 1/4 and it easily filled up the entire apartment. I really dislike the scent because it smells dead on for mosquito repellent (hence the 1 star rating), but I know that if you're looking for a super strong deterrent for the summer bugs then look no further! I think this would be super cute on your patio in one of the 20 oz barrel jars!

Day 638 - Jamaican Ginger & Grapefruit

Jamaican Ginger & Grapefruit (2): This has an herbal ginger as opposed to a floral ginger. The grapefruit does not have much bitterness to it so that does help to bring it back around from being too sour. I think it would be a better mix if it was a floral ginger as opposed to an herbal ginger.

Day 632 - Peppercorn

Peppercorn (3): This is a musky men's cologne type of scent. It has some woodiness and maybe a little bit of spice.

Day 630 - Black Velvet

Black Velvet (2): This is a very earthy scent. It has ylang ylang, sandalwood, patchouli, baby powder, & vanilla. I get a lot of the powder and some musk. I would say it's more feminine than masculine. If you're into earthy scents then this would be a good one for you.

Day 609 - Gentleman's Coconut Bay Rum

Gentleman's Coconut Bay Rum (3): This is a cologne scent. It's like a sweet tropical cologne. It has cedar and patchouli so it does have some earthiness. It's also very strong!

Day 602 - Lemongrass & Cedar

Lemongrass and Cedar (1): The cedar is the stronger of the two notes. A little lemongrass comes out warm but it's mostly cedar. I'm not really a fan of either scents but they do mix well together.

Day 588 - Leather

Leather (1): This was too spicy for me. This would be much better mixed with something else. It smells like new leather or even like a pleather scent.

Day 577 - Patchouli Raspberry

Patchouli Raspberry (4): Victoria's raspberry scent is so amazing and it works wonderfully with this scent. The patchouli is stronger cold, but the raspberry really takes off when it's warmed up. Super juicy and sweet with just a touch of the patchouli in the background. I think this one would be great even if you really don't like patchouli!

Day 566 - Lemongrass

Lemongrass (1): Lemongrass is another scent that I really do not like. I get more of the herbal grass note out of it than I do the lemon. I prefer Lovin Lemon leaps and bounds over this one. Warmed up a little more of the lemon comes out. If you do like lemongrass then this one is super duper strong and will knock you over!

Day 559 - Leather and Lace

Leather & Lace (5): This is a wonderful mix. I believe it's Vanilla Lace mixed with Leather. It's very pretty and slightly clean smelling. Leather by itself can be almost spicy because of how strong it is, but this really tones it down and makes it super sweet.

Day 548 - Black Currant

Black Currant (2): This is very different from red currant. It smells like a woodsy berry type of scent but it is very earthy.

Day 532 - Lemon Lavender

Currently Burning: Lemon Lavender

Now onto the daily review!

Lemon Lavender (1): This is a Yankee dupe. It isn't dead on for it, but it's in the same vein. This is a super herbal lavender with a cleaner lemon so it definitely is not for me. If you like the Yankee scent then you might like this one.

Day 524 - Mango Sage Tea

Currently Burning: Mango Sage Tea

Now onto the daily review!

Mango Sage Tea (3): This one has a LOT of the sage note in it. The sweetness from the mango is there and a slight black tea note. I liked the mango part of it a lot but the sage part wasn't a favorite. A little bit too earthy for my nose.

Day 518 - Teakwood & Cardamom

Currently Burning: Teakwood & Caradmom

Now onto the daily review!

Teakwood & Cardamom (2): This is a spicy, woody type of scent. Definitely would have to be an earthy lover to really appreciate this one!

Day 477 - Midnight in Macon

Currently Burning: Midnight in Macon

Now onto the daily review!

Midnight in Macon (4): This is a mix of cedarwood and peach. It is an awesome blend warmed up! The two scents really meld into each other to create a new one. The peach is also very true and not candy-like.

Day 461 - Field of Dreams

Currently Burning: Field of Dreams

Now onto the daily review!

Field of Dreams (1): Something about this one my nose REALLY dislikes on cold throw. The description is really vague talking about fresh cut grass and spring mornings, but to me it just smells like a strong perfumy floral.
