Day 677 - I'll Have What She's Having

I'll Have What She's Having (5): This is a Create-a-Scent that I actually came up with last year. It was added to the line in February. It's a mix of Chocolate Chip Cookies and Bear Claws and is absolutely wonderful! The name is a play off of the quote from When Harry Met Sally because we were joking that day about scents that gave us "scentgasms". I think Bear Claws is one of the best bakery scents out there and it is really complemented well by adding the dash of chocolate and cookie. Super yummy for bakery lovers!

Day 663 - Sleepy Hollow

Sleepy Hollow (3): This is a CAS by Jandre and is a mix of Why I Autumn and Crackling Birch. I mostly get Crackling Birch from it but the Why I Autumn does a really nice job of toning it down and sweetening it. Definitely a woodsy cologne type of scent so if you're into those kind of manly scents then this is right up your alley!

The Bubbles Make Me Loopy (3): This is a mix of Fizzy Pop and Fruit Loops. Both of those scents are ok on their own, but they aren't anything that I must have on hand. Mixed together I feel about the same. Fizzy Pop is a little bit stronger in this one so if you like the fizzy scents then this one is right up your alley!

Cold December Night (5): This is a mix of Sweet Snow and Sugared Spruce and I think they go wonderfully together. The Sugared Spruce is probably just a touch stronger warm but it's still an amazing blend. Sweet Snow is peppermint and vanilla and it just goes really awesome with the Christmas Tree scent of Sugared Spruce. I really want to get the coffee cup cutie in this one.

Barefoot in Blue Jeans (5): This is a mixture of Blue Sugar Cotton Candy and Sexy in Stilettos. I love both scents on their own and together they are amazing! It's sweet and has nuances of masculine and feminine perfumes. Wonderful.

Apple Butter Festival (4): This is a customer creation of Kettle Corn and Apple Cinnamon Butter. Two great scents that combine beautifully together. Apple Cinnamon Butter is one of my all time favorites and I really like how it blends with the sweet popcorn note of Kettle Corn.

A Hunk, A Hunk of Burning Nuts (4): This is a customer creation of Elvis and Caramelized Pralines. To me, it just smells like a more intense version of Elvis. I really enjoy this one. Great balance of peanut butter, banana, and caramel.

Banana Fritters (4): This is a customer creation of Elvis and Cinnamon Donuts. This is almost completely Elvis. Just a hint of Cinnamon Donuts is in the background. Which is interesting because Cinnamon Donuts is so strong! I do like both of those scents on their own so together they are wonderful.

Granny's Apron (4): This is a nice Zucchini Bread scent. It's a customer creation of Zucchini Bread and Granny's Pie Crust. Basically to me it smells like a toned down version of ZB that's much sweeter. It's nice, but I'm not a huge bakery buff.

Sticky Toffeecorn (4): This is a customer creation of Kettle Corn and Caramelized Pralines. I'm not really a fan of caramelized pralines because it is way too rich for me. However, these two together are amazing! Salty and sweet! Smells a lot like Cracker Jacks.

Sweet Southern Breakfast (3): This is nice, but it doesn't really remind me of breakfast. This is a customer creation of Kim's Country Cornbread and Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam. I definitely get the cornbread and the strawberry jam. The peanut butter just adds a slight creaminess. This reminds me a lot of cornbread with strawberry jam on top. Good, but not breakfast lol

Pop Rocks (4): This is a mix made by my good friend Summer. It's Pink Sugar and Fizzy Pop. I mostly get the fizzy pop, but the pink sugar adds some really nice sweetness to it. I like this one a lot more than plain fizzy pop, but like Granny's Pie Crust, Fizzy Pop is one of the super popular ones that I'm not crazy about.

Pagoda Tree (5): This is a customer creation of Chantilly Lace and Tokyo Spring. I like both scents and together they're really nice! Chantilly Lace is a slightly powdery perfume and Tokyo Spring is a floral, clean scent. On cold I get more of the Chantilly Lace, but warmed up they're pretty equal. Definitely candle-worthy.

Love Birds (5): This is a customer creation of Love Spell and Birds of Paradise. It smells mostly like Love Spell, but it does have the creaminess from Birds of Paradise. So glad I went for the 8oz in this because it's another one of my favorites. The throw is medium on this one.

Warm Apple Fritters (3): This is a customer creation of Macintosh Apple and Cinnamon Donuts. On cold, the only thing I get is really strong mac apple with the slightest touch of cinnamon. Warm throw though it's a really good balance of the two. Doesn't really smell true to the name since it's more of a fresh apple than a baked apple, but it's still good none-the-less. The throw is strong too so that's a plus.
